Isela is the agency's bilingual office manager and customer service representative. Her goal is to go the extra mile in order to help clients resolve issues as well as address questions with the upmost care and attention.
Isela graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with Bachelor of Architecture and has been working for Gibbs Insurance Agency, Inc. since 2015.
Isela enjoys culinary and artistic activities as well as traveling to European countries to enrich her knowledge of the world. Isela is a native of Guanajuato, Mexico and is fluent in Spanish, Italian, French and of course English.
